After retiring from the United States Air Force in 2017, Alex embarked on a mission to integrate military training and mentorship into an employee-focused environment in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Founding M3, he successfully implemented this vision. Alex identified a market for HVAC energy and air purification, attracting dedicated technicians seeking a change. His approach has drawn interest from major energy reduction and air purification companies eager to collaborate with M3. Alex, married to Jennifer, is a proud parent of three children and a grandchild.

Jean, with 25 years in the Corporate Restaurant Industry, now serves as Chief Operating Officer at M3. He prioritizes customer satisfaction and employee development. A founding member of M3 Services, Jean's guidance has been vital for its growth. He oversees operations in NWA and Oklahoma. Jean graduated from the University of Arkansas Little Rock in 2001 with a Bachelor's in Criminal Law. He resides in Northwest Arkansas with his wife and daughters.

Michelle brings a wealth of logistics expertise to M3, drawing on decades of experience across various sectors. Her career began overseeing operations at Garvan Woodland Gardens, where she mastered the essentials of operating a business. In 2011, she founded M. Harrison Designs, specializing in event planning, further refining her organizational and managerial skills. By 2017, Michelle was at Bathhouse Soapery & Caldarium, overseeing product development and operations. Her extensive logistics background now strengthens M3’s project planning and daily operations.
